2) What are the requirements I need in creating an account?
You can easily create an account with just your full name, email address, and mobile number.
3) Why can’t I log into my Soukchic account?
Please make sure that you are logging your correct Soukchic details when signing in. If you are still unable to login, please click “Forgot Your Password?”to reset your password.

4) How do I reset my password?
Do you feel like changing your password? It’s super simple!
1. Simply log into your account using your current password then go to the account information section.
2. Click into the “Reset Password” option and follow the steps to reset.

5) How to change my delivery address?
Simply log into your account and click the ‘Address’ option. From there you can either create a new or edit an existing one.
6) How do I update my email address?
Just log into your account using your old email address and click on ‘edit email address’ under My Profile. Once these steps are completed, hit continue and your changes will be saved.

Simply log into your account and click the ‘payment details’ option and either add, delete or edit your payment details.
1) How do I know if you have received my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take time to arrive in your inbox - so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email and SMS to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
2) Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

3) Can I use more than one coupon at a time?
We apologize for this inconvenience but, per order, only one coupon can be applied. However, you may use a coupon code + Soukchic points + any wallet balance together in one transaction.

5) How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order in your account dashboard by clicking “My Orders” and cancelling your item. You can only cancel your order before it ships out. Unfortunately, we’re not able to cancel an order that has been shipped.
1) What are Soukchic’s shipping options?
All parcels from Soukchic are shipped from the UAE. Soukchic provides a standard delivery service that takes up to 2-3 working days with a minimum fee of charge.
2) How do I get free shipping on Soukchic?
Soukchic keeps shipping costs to a minimum so you get the most bang for your cash! If you spend above a certain amount, you will be eligible for free depending on where the delivery will be made.
3) How can I track my order?
To keep track of your shipment, we will send a tracking link to your registered email address and an SMS to your mobile number. An additional notification to your Soukchic account will also keep you updated on your order status.
4) What if I am not available to receive my order on the date of delivery?
You can leave an authorization letter with a valid ID to the person you trust to claim your order in your delivery address. If not, our courier will notify you that your delivery is unsuccessful. The delivery will be rescheduled within the next 2 business days. After three attempts, however, the rider will return your package to Soukchic and unfortunately, your order will be canceled.
5) When will my order arrive?
The delivery countdown starts from the day your order was placed and confirmed. Shipping will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive at the destination.

Ordered the wrong item? Worry not! Soukchic offers free and easy returns within 7 days after delivery.
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1) Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
2) Items must be in the same condition, unworn, and unwashed. It must have all tags attached.
3) Items must be packed neatly and securely.
